Feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, tired, in pain, or always stressed out? Do your hips and knees creak, or your joints are stiff and your back hurts? These are some warning signals alerting you to interference in the flow of your body's life force energy, which is called qi or chi (pronounced "chee") in Chinese. Nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress levels. Through Lydia’s unique understanding of the anatomy of the energy body, she is able to free up energy stagnation and restore the flow of Radiant Qi for a deep experience of well being.

Personal training is the best and most direct way of transmitting knowledge from a teacher to a student. Give yourself the opportunity to relax, restore and calm the mind body and take home new skills to hack you into the optimal performance state of mind body…the flow state.

All Lydia's sessions  are focused on restoring energy flow, proper alignment, improving flexibility and balance to achieve better health and inner peace.

Schedule ONE ON ONE In person at the studio or via Zoom, sessions are 60 minutes and can be shared up to 4. Learning in individual or private group lessons can be beneficial for people experiencing balance, health and medical issues. Also suitable for students that want more personal attention than available in classes, or to learn skills  not covered in group classes. Ideal for detailed posture and alignment corrections. Lessons are designed to meet your personal needs and interests. Most are an hour long, but the length and frequency are flexible. 


For visiting students, you can either join the weekly classes or book a private workshop or just simply stay in one of our 3 accomodations for as long as you want and follow your own Tai Chi Qigong training schedule. All packages are customized and can include accomodation, therefore rates will vary.

The word Qi gong (chee-gong), translated as 'Energy skills or techniques' refers to the ancient Chinese subtle energy-based practice or internal arts that is used for over 5000 years to promote health, emotional happiness and self healing. 


These methods combine breath, movement and mind-intention to balance and enhance QI - one's vital, life-energy. It has been popularly referred to as Chinese yoga and moving meditation. These methods formed the early root of Chinese medicine and are still considered an integral part of modern Chinese medicine, along with acupuncture, acupressure, and herbal medicine.  


Today, millions of people practice Qigong in China and around the world to successfully treat a myriad of diseases, to improve mood, well being, general health to support longevity. Most notably, Qigong practice can provide profound relief to stress and strongly enhancing immune function. Current data published by the US Department of Health and Human Services states that some 70% of diseases reported in the US today are totally preventable. In a time when healthcare options appear ever more limited, the increased awareness and use of Qigong is great news.

Lydia Wong has developed her approach to dynamic health as a result of working closely with the oriental view of life over many years.
