Join Lydia for an integrated full-mind body awakening energy balancing class (1 hour class)
Empower yourself and activate your body’s innate healing abilities through Lydia's Signature Yin Yang flows based on Tai Chi & Bamboo Qigong renowned for its positive energy and flowing movements and has become increasingly popular in western culture. This special online course designed by Tai Chi Master Lydia Wong teaches the essential forms, hand gestures and footwork. All exercises are taught in a fun upbeat style to music in order to enhance balance, mobility and memorize the Tai Chi 8 directional drills, side, forward and backward footwork patterns.
Students from anywhere in the world can take action to boost the immune system, a great way to develop MIND BODY FLOW STATE, improve your posture, coordination, reduce anxiety, calm your mind and alleviate feelings of isolation.
Class support both mat and/or chair use, plus a long stick, pvc or swiffer stick available for 30 minutes of Lydia's fun total Qi fitness and body conditioning followed by Qi nourishing methods. For safety reason please notify Lydia of any current or past injuries. No experience required.
This practice will leave you glowing, renewed & deeply relaxed!

How To Join Lydia's Zoom Class
Interested participates can email Lydia for questions and to receive an access link with password in the AM. Please arrive early enough to set up and work out zoom audio or video technical difficulties.

Upon entering the digital classroom, you will need to enable audio and video functions. Initially your mic will be un-muted so the class can converse momentarily. Your teacher will then greet you and begin to teach the class. Before the teacher starts the class, your mics will all be muted so that only the teacher will be heard. Log on a few minutes early as Technology can be unpredictable, so you'll want the extra time to organize your audio and video. Let your instructor know if you have to arrive late or leave early.
DO Keep Your Video On
Lydia will be delivering this Qi transformative training right to your home, she will interact LIVE with you during the class for life changing tips in Qi flow and posture, so please have your video on.
Muting Your Audio
Muting your audio will prevent the background noises in your home from distracting the class, and keep potential echoes to a minimum.
DON'T Use Virtual Backgrounds
This feature is super distracting. As you move around the screen, you and the background can cut in and out, making it difficult for your teacher to properly see and correct you.
Lydia is a delightful teacher and wonderful Spirit. Her combination of movement and meridian work is a particularly exciting contribution.

I have been studying movement, qigong and tai ji with Lydia every week on Zoom. Her teaching has truly transformed my life for the better.
