Studying with Lydia Wong is a Fantastic Experience
Lydia Wong is a brilliant teacher - I studied Chi-Yoga with her and it was a unique learning experience. I've studied QiGong, Tai Chi and Yoga in the past and this was the best of all 3 modalities. After each class I felt stronger and more limber, which is saying a lot for a 74-year-old body. I almost wanted to spend more time in San Miguel de Allende just so that I could continue to study with Lydia. The studio space that she has created is also brilliant, with the most amazing view of the reservoir. I would highly recommend San Miguel Tai Chi and Yoga. Lydia also offers individual healthcare treatments and I recommend that as well. Can't wait to return!

This studio class is a progressive practice of Tai Chi, Qi Gong movement, and Tai Chi Double Fan techniques designed to enhance mobility, posture, balance, coordination, and circulation over time. It’s a gradual learning process that develops step by step, with each practice building on the last. First-time students are encouraged to be patient, as coordination, flow, and confidence come with consistent practice. Open to all ages and experience levels.
