Lydia has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga since 1990. With over 35 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a calming presence to every class. A Registered Yoga Alliance 500-Hour Trainer and Instructor, Lydia combines traditional practices with modern adaptations to make movement fun, accessible, and welcoming for all levels. Her holistic approach fosters balance, ease, and mindful connection in every session.

With over three decades of professional training in 中醫 (Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM), I offer Gua Sha therapy sessions, meticulously tailored to each client’s individual health requirements. This therapeutic approach employs refined techniques that are both effective and gentle, promoting accelerated healing without causing scarring or discomfort.
Gua Sha therapy enhances the body’s natural reparative processes by stimulating circulation, alleviating inflammation, and releasing muscular tension. Consistent weekly treatments facilitate expedited recovery, improve overall vitality, and restore energetic balance. Each session is carefully designed to support the client’s holistic wellbeing. Furthermore, in a 1-hour session, 氣功 (Qigong) energy enhancement skill is taught to elevate the client’s energy flow, thereby fostering greater harmony and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
