Enhance balance, stability, and overall well-being with private or small group Tai Chi sessions. Designed for adults of all ages, our program combines 太極拳 (Tai Chi) and 氣功 (Qigong) to strengthen your body, improve coordination, and cultivate mindful movement.

Sessions can be tailored for:

  • Private one-on-one instruction
  • Small groups of 2–4 students for a supportive, personalized learning experience

Every session is customized to your individual fitness goals and specific concerns, whether you want to prevent falls, increase strength, improve mobility, or manage particular health or movement issues.
