Age Defying Experience!!! Work with Lydia Wong if you are ready to transform and reboot your energy and your life!
Lydia was recommended to me by my massage therapist in Los Angeles. Her message said, “ I think she can help you when you get to San Miguel!” I arrived exhausted, overwhelmed and run down from six months of working overtime to sell everything I owned to start a new life at 60 in Mexico! I thought I needed to exercise and eat better, but what I quickly realized was it was much deeper than that. I was exhausted at a deep level and needed a full energy reboot! After one private session, not having any idea what to expect, I could tell that she was exactly who I needed to work with! She challenged my brain and body in a new and expanding way! She taught me that the brain is a muscle and you must work it out and challenge it regularly just like going to the gym for your body. Five months later everywhere I go people are complimenting me on how I look! By reprogramming my brain, I changed how I look and better yet how I feel! Plus I’m leaving San Miguel with an energy toolbox to support me in keeping my energy on a more even keel for the rest of my life I am so grateful for that recommendation and you will be too! I highly recommend Lydia Wong if you are going through a life transition and ready to reboot your life!

Lydia Wong has developed her approach to dynamic health as a result of working closely with the oriental view of life over many years. This approach sees health as an on-going cycle of receiving, conserving and nurturing Qi, the invisible but essential life-force which fills the whole Universe. Qi pronounced - chee - is the fluid life giving energy of the universe. Go to any park in China at dawn and you will see a myraid of figures cultivating Qi energy in a slow hypnotic dance known as Tai Chi Qi gong.
What is Qigong?
The word Qigong (chee-gong), translated as 'Energy skills or techniques' refers to the ancient Chinese subtle energy-based practice or internal arts that is used for over 5000 years to promote health, emotional happiness and self healing.
These methods combine breath, movement and mind-intention to balance and enhance QI - one's vital, life-energy. It has been popularly referred to as Chinese yoga and moving meditation. These methods formed the early root of Chinese medicine and are still considered an integral part of modern Chinese medicine, along with acupuncture, acupressure, and herbal medicine.
Today, millions of people practice Qigong in China and around the world to successfully treat a myriad of diseases, to improve mood, well being, general health to support longevity. Most notably, Qigong practice can provide profound relief to stress and strongly enhancing immune function. Current data published by the US Department of Health and Human Services states that some 70% of diseases reported in the US today are totally preventable. In a time when healthcare options appear ever more limited, the increased awareness and use of Qigong is great news. These energy methods provide us with the skillful means to assume greater responsibility for our own health, and to and achieve real benefits for our body, mind, and spirit.
