Feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, tired, in pain, or always stressed out? Do your hips and knees creak, or your joints are stiff and your back hurts? These are some warning signals alerting you to interference in the flow of your body's life force energy, which is called qi or chi (pronounced "chee") in Chinese. Nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress levels. Through Lydia’s unique understanding of the anatomy of the energy body, she is able to free up energy blocks, stagnation and restore the flow of Radiant Qi for a deep experience of inner peace and well being.


Lydia Wong has developed her approach to dynamic health as a result of working closely with the oriental view of life over many years. This approach sees health as an on-going cycle of receiving, conserving and nurturing Qi, the invisible but essential life-force which fills the whole Universe. Qi pronounced - chee - is the fluid life giving energy of the universe. Go to any park in China at dawn and you will see a myriad of figures cultivating Qi energy in a slow hypnotic dance known as Tai Chi Qi gong.  Schedule some personal energy balancing sessions with Lydia to switch on your body’s natural radiant energies to clear hidden energetic blocks to heal mind and body.

I just had the best day ever. I took a Chi Kung workshop with Lydia Wong and it was one of the most calming yet energizing experiences I've ever had. Of course, Lydia's jovial, yet soothing energy guided us into a space where energy flowed freely, where our breath and bodies became waves in the flowing ocean of our energy meridians.
