Qi Balance and Mobility Training
This is an easy mind body gentle Qi energy flow based on Chinese traditional medicine and Meridians. Each class will introduce Standing flow, sitting or floor sequence, plus Qigong self massage and acupressure points, no up-dog or down-dog, easy on the wrists. It’s great for beginners and no experience required. Good for pain management, improving low energy and joint issues. Chairs available.
