At SAN MIGUEL TAI CHI, we believe that everyone deserves to experience the tranquility that comes from mastering Tai Chi. Our classes are designed to guide you through the fundamentals while helping you develop a deeper sense of relaxation and focus. Join us to discover how Tai Chi, Qigong & Qi Yoga can transform your life. Lydia has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga since 1993. She is a registered Yoga Alliance 500 Hour trainer and instructor.
