Qigong & Tai Chi: The Perfect Pair


Many people ask for one or the other, but I teach them together because they are two sides of the same coin.

  • Qigong is the "Fuel": We start with simple, repetitive movements to gather energy and calm the nervous system.
  • Tai Chi is the "Flow": We take that energy and move it through a graceful, continuous sequence to improve balance and focus.


Why do both? Practicing Qigong prepares your body to feel the deeper benefits of Tai Chi. You get the immediate relaxation of Qigong combined with the lasting mental clarity of Tai Chi.
