Lydia's Tai Chi & Qigong fun dance class circulates and enhances Yin Yang balance for heart health, a complete self-healing movement practice to quickly transform stress into inner peace and harmony. Each class creates an energetic field of protection that transform negative energies for inner peace, better sleep, less anxiety, more joy!

How To Join Lydia's Zoom Live Class
Can anyone register for a class?
The classes are suitable for beginners and beneficial to deepen your existing practice. To participate, the zoom video screen is on for the entire class for energy enhancement and posture correction. Class recordings are available if live attendance is not possible.
When are the Live Qi training times?
MONDAY & FRIDAY
Time: - 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Mexico City Time
3PM (PST) / 4PM (MEX) / CST 5PM / 6PM (EST)
To join, please send an email with your full name and specify classes you would like to join, a Zoom invitation link will be sent once payment is received.
What You Need For Class:
All you need is a chair, 1 ball, 1 long stick for Yin Yang Longevity warm up exercises and at least 6 x 6 feet of space in your home to practice your energy radiant flow.
This practice will leave you glowing, renewed & deeply relaxed!
To participate, zoom video screen is on during the entire class for energy enhancement and posture and flow guidance.
Classes are sliding scale based to support you in your individual circumstances.
Lydia is a delightful teacher and wonderful Spirit. Her combination of movement and meridian work is a particularly exciting contribution.

Practical, energetic workout
Lydia is unique then combines hybrid version of styles in a very excellent, thoughtful, strengthening flow. I recommend her work for everybody whether you're a couch potato or a rising athlete you will find her movement processes enjoyable and still challenging.

I have been studying movement, qigong and tai ji with Lydia every week on Zoom. Her teaching has truly transformed my life for the better. I was first unsure how effective classes could be through Zoom but it actually works very well and allows me the opportunity to work with her because we don't live in the same area.
I am a musician and athlete living in New York City and Lydia's work has permenantly transformed how the qi (life force energy, prana, etc) moves through my body making me perform better, be more creative, and ultimately be more balanced and successful in every aspect of my life.
